respon tentang digital meter

Gua pernah post pasal digital meter dulu dan gua banyak terima email serta comment tanya pasal digital meter yg susah nak dapat. Atas sebab rare nak dapat, gua tak berminat nak jual sbb gua masih lagi sayang kat meter yang sepanjang gua pakai alhamdulillah tak pernah ada masalah. tak dinafikan ada sesetengah pembaca2 blog yg email gua nk beli meter gua dengan harga yang tinggi. mintak maaf, bukan gua tak nak jual. gua masih lagi berminat nak guna dan tahun lepas gua dapat sebijik saga model yang sama pun gua salin digital meter ke kereta yang baru dapat tu. blh tgk kat sini plak.
Gua belum lagi nk jual meter yang gua pakai sbb skrg sudah ada kat kereta 1 lagi. Kalau akan datang gua xtau lah. Untuk cari meter2 yang jenis rare mcam tu, lu org kena rajin merayau kedai halfcut area lu org atau outsource dalam internet. kadang2 benda yg kita nak mmg ssh dapat. Ada apa2 pertanyaan blh lontarkan ke email atau komen. So good luck!!

minyak fast power oil

Gua pernah post psl minyak fast power oil (FPO) dulu. blh tgk kt sini. Sblm ni gua byk eksperimen minyak kereta untuk test performance kereta. Dlm byk2 minyak yg gua pernah try, ini yg terbaek gua rasa&experience. Psl apa? Minyak ni ada kelebihan dari minyak2 lain yg pernah gua guna. Selain jaga enjin, minyak ni blh cuci dalaman enjin kasi bersih kalau rajin pkai&maintain. Dengar mcm tak logik. Tp bila dh guna baru tau. kalau org dh biasa dgn mesin uji minyak ni dia akan tau yg FPO ni blh pegi sampai 12pound geseran&masih lagi bergerak. Bermakna piston lu org dijaga tak rosak.

Kebiasaan minyak biasa blh pegi sampai 5000km. tp minyak ni blh pegi sampai 8000-10,000km. klu sengkek sgt blh sampai 12,000km. tp perlu diingat yg kemampuan penapis minyak kereta blh pegi sampai 8000-10,000km shj. jd lbh baik tukar bila dh sampai 8000km untuk performance kereta lu org maintain.

Minyak ni blh pkai untuk smua jenis kereta n/a atau turbo even diesel pn blh. mls nk ckp byk. blh cuba sndr. spe yg dduk area lembah klang blh contact ejen dia En. Hashim (017-299 8858).

New Year 2014

Selamat Menyambut Tahun Baru 2014.

Haish...mcm2 suda gua bikin dgn kereta yg gua baru angkat. bila kereta bertukar tgn, mcm2 benda nk kne amik tau since pd pandangan gua mungkin owner lama tak amik tau psl kereta yg dia guna atau mungkin kereta dia guna banyak simpan dari guna.

benda pertama yg gua kne driveshaft. keta modify mcm2 sudah jadi rojak. bila tanya driveshaft apa guna dia pn sndr xpasti. mcmana guna kereta tp xtau apa benda yg dipakai? atau pakai jenis main blasah je? tak heran pn sbb kebanyakan kita byk guna kereta tak tau apa yg dia guna. bila dh rosak baru garu kepala.

benda kedua tukar radiator. kereta jenis turbo sbnrnya sesuai untuk negara yg beriklim sejuk. klu nk guna pd negara2 yg cuaca tak tentu atau negara yg panas, lbh elok amik extra cautious sbb enjin mmg sentiasa panas. kereta standard walaupn panas, tp masih blh tahan dgn cuaca especially malaysia. so tak heran klu takat kereta kne time panas mcmana pn, ia direka utk kesesuaian negara kita. so kereta yg gua dpt pd mulanya guna standard proton saga radiator. utk kasi dia tampung kepanasan enjin, dia modified kasi bikin direct fan. bermakna kipas radiator akan sentiasa hidup sebaik kunci on. (kereta biasa guna auto fan. bermakna kalau panas, fan akan hidup untuk sejukkan air dlm tangki. bila air dah sejuk air akan circulate masuk ke enjin. blh tgk entry gua ttg perjalanan air dlm enjin kat sini . so gua ganti radiator aluminium 2layers & buat auto fan. bermakna panas baru fan akan hidup. hopefully jangkahayat fan akan tahan lebih lama.

benda ketiga kong compressor. mula2 pakai cantek je. tp mana kita nk tau benda nk jadi. so 2/3mggu pkai gas asyik habis je. cek tgk kompressor kong. trus pegi halfcut dpt brg, trus psg.

benda keempat bearing. skli rosak 3tayar bearing out. bukak2 tgk grease dlm bearing smpi jd pekat&kental. agak2 ntah dh brapa kurun tak pernah bukak&ganti. malas nk tanya sbb klu gua tanya owner lama confirm taktau. ganti..

benda kelima fuel regulator. beza antara brg cap ayam yg org guna asal boleh je dgn brg yg pakai utk selesa&slamat supaya tak jadi masalah adalah 2 benda yg berbeza. org yg xamik port&guna brg asal boleh atau asal ada je ni jnis yg kurg amik tau psl kereta. pd dia janji brg ada, ada fungsi dh cukup. while yg jnis amik tau psl brg skligus pstikan brg takda mslh terutamanya klu travel jauh2.

benda kelima yg gua kne fuel pump. ni salah satu brg yg mahal jugak. kereta ni ada pkai extension pump utk kasi tarik minyak lebih cpt&tak sangkut2. extension pump yg dia pakai ni dari jenis Mercedes. first2 dpt keta tgk pn agak kurang kemas. sbb pump tu dia modify sblh bawah tgh2 terjuntai. kalau kena lalu bump yg tinggi, confirm sangkut&akan touching ground cable. gila&bahaya punya kerja. since pump kong, gua disarankan cari kat halfcut dpt murah. gua mls nk cari halfcut. sbb brg belum tentu ok. kalau ok pn belum tentu jangka hayat pump tu brapa lama. gua cari baru. mahal sket, tp puashati&harap takda mslh. amik masa sehari jugak utk alihkan pump ketempat yg selamat kasi sorok tak nampak.

benda keenam kena spark plug. bru2 pkai tukar. sbb sbijik kong. ganti 1set. xsampai bpe bulan kong lagi. beli lagi. ada dgr2 pomen kata coil dh nk kong. and i say..wtf??#%*

benda ketujuh plak alternator. kebanyakan kita smua tau yg klu alternator tak cantik kasi cabut kpala bateri enjin akan mati. so gua plak tak try cabut kpala bateri, tp gua perhati kat voltage meter. gua pernah kasitau dulu, kereta yg gua guna kena ada voltage meter supaya gua blh tau alternator charge cantik atau tidak terutama masa high peak usage. maksud gua high peak usage tu bila kita guna smua current dlm 1masa. SEMUA: aircond, radio, lampu even yg kecik2 skali pn termasuk charger handphone, wiper, power window, signal, lampu brake. klu jalan terlalu lama, enjin panas fan radiator akan kerap hidup&current pn akan guna lbh juga. So gua prasan voltage tak stabil. sbb gua nampak bila buka aircond je voltage jatuh sampai 11.8v dan kadang2 sampai 10.7v.... bateri baru tu.
last skli bru gua cabut kpala bateri. mmg btul alternator problem. so gua mls nk ke halfcut takut brg xtau plak boleh tahan brapa lama lps ganti, gua just pegi spare part angkat yg recond punya. atleast ada warranty. lps ganti baru la voltage stabil. masa enjin idle 14.5v so selesai.

**byk benda yg gua kne maintain balik mcm kereta pertama gua. kereta buruk gua tu even mcm tu, xde mslh klu nk travel jauh2. start enjin jalan je. sbb gua sentiasa maintain bila ada masa lapang. jd xde mslh klu takat nk blasah travel 9-10jam non-stop. apapn, pengajarannya kereta apapn lu pkai, tlg lah jaga. even kereta tu lu bkn nk pakai sampai mati sklipn&berharap nk jual lps 5-10thn kurg2 jaga la baik2. jgn bila ada masalah je, cari buyer jual. pastu gebang berapi2 mcm kereta 100% perfect xde mslh. tu kan menipu namanya...

Transfer

Slm all.. Mula2 gua igt mau jual meter digital. Tp sbb meter masih rare gua batalkn niat nk jual. So gua transfer meter ke kereta lg satu..
Mcm biasa gua jumpa wireman terbaek gua yg mula2 psg meter ni dlu. Skill masih sama spt 4thn lps. Utk yg kaki modify kereta, abg dia blh bikin wide body. Spe berminat blh tinggalkn komen kt bwh. Tq

What is DVVT?


The variable valve timing mechanism is called Dynamic Variable Valve Timing (DVVT) and it varies the opening/closing times of the eight intake valves. The system is electronically-controlled and makes variations almost instantaneously in a seamless manner, optimizing the flow of the air-fuel mixture into the combustion chambers. To determine when and what variations are need, the engine management system gets data from at least five sensors (one of which also monitors the temperature of the engine coolant). It then analyses this data and chooses the right opening/closing time for the given driving condition – all within milliseconds.

The system is similar to that used on the Toyota Corolla Altis and Camry (in fact, it comes from Denso, the same supplier as well) and can also be found in the Mitsubishi MIVEC engine, Volvo S60/S80, BMW VANOS engines and the Honda i-VTEC engines.

How effective is DVVT? Very – as the power and torque increases show. Power output is now 63 kW (85.7 bhp) at 6000 rpm, 3.3% more than before and close to the figure for the Honda City’s 1.5-litre engine (88 bhp). Torque is up by an impressive 14.3% to 105 Nm and it peaks at just 3200 rpm which is 1900 rpm lower than before. This latter point demonstrates the value of a variable mechanism because in the past, the engineers had to decide on just one state of tune and practical reasons dictated a higher torque figure. Now they can have the torque peak lower down where it is useful and still have a good spread over almost the entire rev range. Incidentally, the compression ratio is also boosted to 10:1 and this makes combustion more efficient.





Other features of the engine include a resin uniform-length intake manifold for smoother flow and an offset steel crankshaft (reduces friction). There are two drive belts, one to power the air-conditioner compressor, alternator and waterpump, and the other just for the power steering energizer. There is now one ignition coil per spark plug, whereas the old model had one coil for all four spark plugs, and the coils are directly managed by the ECU so there is no distributor needed.


A major benefit from DVVT is that toxic emissions in the exhaust gases are lowered a great deal and with the 3-way catalytic converter, pollution is almost nil. The very poisonous oxides of nitrogen, in particular, are lowered by 40% and all this is due to the much better and more complete combustion.



The complete combustion also enhances fuel economy although in driving terms, the lower fuel consumption also comes from having a better weight-to-power ratio. Perodua’s testing in Malaysia shows that the Kembara with DVVT and manual transmission is 12.02% more economical (12.58 kms/litre) while the automatic is 14.8% more economical (11.02 kms/litre). This testing was done on routes of between 270 kms and 300 kms with a mix of highway, country and urban driving conditions.



As for straightline performance, it would be expected that the new engine will give better figures than before. Factory claims for 0 – 100 km/h are 13.49 (MT) and 13.6 seconds (AT) which are 0.8 and 2.0 seconds better, respectively. Top-end performance also shows improvements of 7.3 km/h (AT) and 4 km/h (MT) with the manual version able to get up to 155.9 km/h while the automatic should hit 151 km/h.



There’s another aspect of the new engine which is also noteworthy and addresses one of the issues which owners had – noise levels. A lot of effort with into bringing this down and apart from engine features like an aluminium oil pan, there are also other parts of the car where noise suppression measures have been taken.
